Event Registration Policy

Event registration is valid only for the specific workshop or event for which you register. All event registrations are final. No refunds or cancellations will be accepted.

If you are unable to attend an event, you may:

• Transfer your registration to another person up to 24 hours before the event start time; or
• Request to transfer your registration to another SCCASP workshop during the current membership year, subject to availability.

To request a registration transfer, please email SCCASP: events@sccasp.org

Unused registrations will not roll over to the following membership year and expire on June 30.

Please note: SCCASP is a 100% volunteer-run organization. Our volunteers balance SCCASP responsibilities alongside their professional and personal commitments. We appreciate your patience and grace as we work to respond to emails and registration requests as promptly as possible.

Note: Some, but not all, workshops may be recorded and made available to registered attendees for a limited time after the workshop concludes. Recording availability is at the discretion of the presenter.
