Regarding "Rollover Credit": If you register for any SCCASP events, whether directly or via a package, workshop credits will only be good for the 2022-23 workshops. If you are unable to attend the event, you can transfer your workshop credit to another person to attend that event by emailing SCCASP within 24 hours notice. Otherwise, you can let SCCASP know you would like to transfer that workshop credit to another workshop during the 2022-23 school year. Credits will not rollover from 2022-23 to the following year, 2023-24. Any unused credits for workshops that you’ve paid for must be used or will be lost as of June 30th, 2023.

Please note that some of our workshops will be recorded and available to all registrants for a certain period of time after the event.

District Purchase Orders for EVENTS

To coordinate purchase orders for both membership and events please email us at info@sccasp.org.  The district representative shall verify the names of people who will be covered under the purchase order and for what (membership, events, CEUs, etc.) will be approved through the purchase order.

Steps for Purchase Orders for prospective and current SCCASP members and district representatives:

Prospective SCCASP Member

Preferred Method

  1. Prospective SCCASP member shall complete the membership form to initiate the process becoming a current SCCASP member.  A new member will create a username and password and enter contact information to receive membership, announcements, and event registration details.  A member renewing their membership will login and update their contact information as needed.  At the completion of the membership form an invoice will be generated for the appropriate fee; however, will not be required to pay.
  2. The prospective member's membership status will be pending until paid by the district purchase order.
  3. District representative shall pay the membership fee as soon as possible. This will allow the SCCASP member to register for SCCASP membership discounted professional development.  Please email info@sccasp.org for invoicing details and payments.
  4. If registering for membership and SCCASP events at the same time membership is being processed, the pending member can register for any event as a non-SCCASP member and generate an invoice to reserve their spot for the event.  A SCCASP representative will manually make the adjustments in the system to transfer the payment fee to a SCCASP member discounted rate.
  5. Invoices will be generated for each individual that will be paid for through the purchase order.
  6. District representative shall pay the event fee on or by the scheduled event date unless prior arrangements have been made with SCCASP.  Please note payment for events that are full and have a waitlist will require a confirmed payment two days before the scheduled event.
  7. Payment shall be sent to SCCASP, 5669 Snell Ave #195, San Jose, CA 95123.

Alternate Method; Processing Time Increased

  1. District representative will provide SCCASP with prospective member names, email, and phone number and indicate if membership and/or event will be paid through the district purchase order.
  2. SCCASP will manually enter new prospective SCCASP member names and generate an email to allow the prospective member to create a username and password for future logins.
  3. SCCASP will manually register new prospective SCCASP members for events currently accepting registrations.
  4. Invoices will be generated for each individual that will be paid for through the purchase order.
  5. District representative shall pay the event fee on or by the scheduled event date unless prior arrangements have been made with SCCASP.  Please note: payment for events that are full and have a waitlist will require a confirmed payment two days before the scheduled event.
